Banana cake

Cake made with blended banana and oil.

Bananas|3|pcs
Vegetable oil|100|ml
Eggs|2|pcs
Flour|130|g
Sugar|100|g
Brown sugar|40|g
Baking soda|5|g

Blend the 3 bananas and 100 ml vegetable oil until smooth.
Crack the 2 eggs into the banana mixture and mix well.
Add 130 g flour, 100 g sugar and 40 g brown sugar, mix with a spatula.
Add 5 g baking soda, stir gently to finish the batter.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C, pour the batter into a tin and bake about 40 min.

If the top browns too quickly during baking, cover with foil. Alternatively use ½ sachet baking powder instead.
